Lyra Hoop is a beautiful Aerial Circus apparatus performed on a suspended metal hoop. It combines conditioning, strength, and flexibility exercises into one workout.
Aerial yoga is a great way to enhance your flexibility. The combination of traditional yoga poses done on the floor and postures using a fabric hammock incorporate strength, decompression, and stretching to improve body alignment and flexibility.
